BRAND STRATEGY

Your brand is the biggest intangible asset to your business, and it can go astray

A brand is the personality of your organization.

A brand is the perception of your organization.

A brand is the sum of actions, relationships, and statements made by your organization.

A brand holds the power to voicelessly convince your customer to buy with you instead of your competitor. (Consider: do you use Crest or Colgate? Have you ever used the other one? …You did!? We gotta talk…)

Brands, much like toddlers, can run wild without clear directions and positive reinforcement.

Managing a Brand

Who is responsible for your brand?

Everyone in your company is responsible for your brand.

Who leads your brand?

Your top leadership leads your brand. Larger companies may have an employee with a title like, “Brand Director,” or “Brand Strategist.” That person pays attention to the brand’s and how to maintain the best internal and external perception, but no one can influence your brand quite like your CEO, President, or Executive Director.

How do I control my brand’s perception?

You control your brand’s perception by (1) articulating what your brand is and (2) make sure everyone understands what it is and (3) act and speak in a way that upholds the what you understand to be your brand.

How do I know what my brand is?

We believe that you already understand what your brand is, but you might not have the words to describe it. We help bring awareness to your own brand and find the words so you can maintain it’s clarity over time.

Start your next project:

1. Think: You talk, we listen, and then we transform research into an action plan.

2. Create: We translate ideas into words and pretty pictures.

3. Do: No matter the project, we guide you from setup to launch.
